505Prelims – If homeowner does not have floor plan finished and needs help with design, I can do prelim design for $400 – $900 dollars for one story jobs up to 900 square feet. (Prelim charge is NOT deducted from price of working drawings!)

  • Engineered by others, but not on plans……………………….Add $280. Engineer requires 1/2 when plans are ready to go to Engineer, and the other half is due when complete. You pay Engineer directly by mail.
  • Changes by Owner or Contractor……………………..Add $85/Hr. (min. 2 Hr.)
  • Cathedral Ceilings…………………………………………Add $200
  • Two Separate Additions…………………………………Add $450
