505Prelims – If homeowner does not have floor plan finished and needs help with design, I can do prelim design for $400 – $900 dollars for one story jobs up to 900 square feet. (Prelim charge is NOT deducted from price of working drawings!)

  • Angled Lots or Lots with Radius of Over 10,000 Sq.Ft……Add $200
  • Engineered by others, but not on plans……………………….Add $280. Engineer requires 1/2 when plans are ready to go to Engineer, and the other half is due when complete. You pay Engineer directly by mail.
  • Changes by Owner or Contractor……………………..Add $85/Hr. (min. 2 Hr.)
  • Cathedral Ceilings…………………………………………Add $200
  • Two Separate Additions…………………………………Add $450

  • Troubled Cities & Counties…………………………….Add Additional 45% — Includes: Anahiem, Cerritos, Laguna, La Verne and County of Orange, Walnut, Santa Ana, All areas around Trabuco Canyon (All Plans that go to County of Orange), Huntington Beach, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Garden Grove, Diamond Bar, City of Orange, Newport, Areas out of O.C. or LA, Huntington Harbor, Brea, La Mirada, Long Beach, Costa Mesa, Villa Park, All LA and San Bernardino, Irvine, Placentia, Chino, Whittier.
  • Troubled Cities…………………………………………..Add Additional 35% — Includes: Midway City, South Orange from 55 FWY, La Habra, Fountain Valley, Tustin, Buena Park. (No Drawings for Newport Beach, or Mission Viejo)
  • Design Work………………………………………………$95/Hr (Min 3 Hrs) Prices based on information designed by contractor or owner, drawings to scale.
  • Mailing a check & blueprints to Certified T-24 Energy Consultant…….Add $400
